REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing AstroVayu. We are committed to offering deeply personalized, spiritually energized services. Due to the sacred and customized nature of our offerings, AstroVayu maintains a strict no refund requests, no return requests, and no exchange requests policy for all products and services.

No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges – Without Exception

All remedies and astrological services are prepared and delivered with intentional, individual care. All remedies including spiritual products and astrological services are Abhimantrit (spiritually energized) over a period of 21 days, tailored specifically to the client’s astrological chart. As such, we do not accept:

  • Refund requests
  • Return requests of any kind
  • Exchange requests
  • Cancellation requests after purchase
  • Refund requests for missed astrology sessions

Once an order is placed, it is final and non-reversible. No exceptions will be made.

Services by Priyanka Kapil

At this time, all remedies and consultations are conducted by Priyanka Kapil, the lead astrologer of AstroVayu. These offerings are crafted uniquely for each customer and cannot be transferred, reused, or reassigned.

Sessions Policy

All astrology consultations and readings are prepaid and non-refundable. If a customer fails to attend a scheduled session, no rescheduling or refund requests will be offered. We encourage all clients to confirm their availability before booking.

Shipping and Delivery

Our remedies are shipped after completion of the 21-day abhimantran process. Customers will receive a confirmation once the item is dispatched. Delivery timelines may vary based on location.

We do not accept refund requests for shipping delays, damage during delivery, or customer dissatisfaction with spiritual outcomes.
