All remedies, including spiritual products and astrological services, are Abhimantrit (spiritually energized) over a period of 40 days, tailored specifically to the client’s astrological chart. As such, we do not accept:

• Refund requests
• Return requests of any kind
• Exchange requests
• Replacement requests
• Cancellation requests after purchase
• Refund requests for missed astrology sessions

Once an order is placed, it is final and non-reversible. No exceptions will be made.

At this time, all remedies and consultations are conducted by Priyanka Kapil, the lead astrologer of AstroVayu. These offerings are crafted uniquely for each customer and cannot be transferred, reused, reassigned, or replaced.

Sessions Policy

All astrology consultations and readings are prepaid and non-refundable. If a customer fails to attend a scheduled session, no rescheduling or refund requests will be offered. We encourage all clients to confirm their availability before booking.
